An extraterrestrial civilization can live inside a black hole

A type III civilization could theoretically reside inside a supermassive black hole by following a stable periodic orbit. This hypothesis formulated by V. I. Dokuchaev would allow such a society to completely escape any external detection. Such cosmic habitat structures defy our current understanding of physics and interstellar travel.
