The sei whale consumes one ton of food every day

The sei whale is a baleen whale present in all the world's major oceans. This marine giant of twenty meters in length and forty-five tons ingests on average 900 kg of food composed of zooplankton and krill every day. This species also counts among the fastest cetaceans with bursts exceeding 50 km/h.
