A small island was massively affected by dengue fever

Fais is an island in Micronesia that suffered a dengue fever epidemic at the end of the year 2011. This epidemic began on November 10 to reach a peak of 72 simultaneous cases in the first week of the month of December. In total, 157 of the 294 residents of the island were infected before the end of the month.
