A massive anti-doping control on the 1977 Tour de France

The cyclist Luis Ocaña received a ten-minute penalty during the eighteenth stage of the Tour de France. This sanction followed a positive anti-doping test for a stimulant detected during the race. Other famous participants, including the Dutchman Joop Zoetemelk and the Portuguese Joaquim Agostinho, suffered the same punishment during this event.
