Water boils at room temperature at high altitude

At an altitude of 20 km, atmospheric pressure is so low that water begins to boil at room temperature. This physical phenomenon does not, however, affect human bodily fluids, which are subject to a different internal pressure. This limit is well below the Kármán line, set at 100 km by the Fédération aéronautique internationale.
