Jean Rigollet is a twenty-four-year-old mason worker killed by a CRS shot during demonstrations in Nantes. The tragedy occurred on August 19, Cours des 50-Otages, while the metallurgy and construction sectors were demanding salary increases. These violent social movements were shaking the local shipyards in the middle of a full-employment period.
