Four times runner-up, the club never won the title

The White Rovers Football Club is a French football club founded in 1891 in Paris. Long considered the best team in the capital and great favorites, the players never managed to prevail. They failed four times in a row in second place between 1894 and 1897, overtaken in particular by the Standard Athletic Club.
