A historic football club is reborn 122 years after its disappearance

The Wanderers Football Club is an English football club founded in 1859 and disappeared after December 1887. In accordance with their name meaning the Vagabonds, the members had never had a fixed stadium and played on different grounds. The club finally reborn 122 years later, in 2009, to participate in charity matches for UNICEF and to compete in a regional amateur championship.
