José Nasazzi had to use a ruse to change clubs in 1920

José Nasazzi is the Uruguayan footballer who wished to join Club Atlético Bella Vista upon its creation in October 1920. Faced with the refusal of his managers at CA Lito to release him, he bypassed the problem by signing with a minor league club, CA Rolando Moor in the Liga Nacional. This one-year maneuver allowed him to win his case and achieve his goals.
