A unique album credited to Lennon and McCartney

The album A Hard Day's Night is the first Beatles record to contain only original songs. It presents a major peculiarity by being the only one in the entire career of the group to be entirely credited to the Lennon/McCartney duo. Released on 10 July 1964, this third album by the musicians remained 38 weeks in the British charts.
