A comic book banned by French censorship

Le Piège diabolique is a comic book from the Blake et Mortimer series signed by Edgar P. Jacobs. This album was struck by a sales ban in France on June 25, 1962, by the Secrétariat d'État à l'information. Official censorship invoked the law of July 16, 1949, on publications intended for youth because of the violence of the narrative and the hideousness of the illustrations.
