The first criminal profiling in history concerns Jack the Ripper
The very first known criminal profiling document was written at the request of the police in October 1888. The forensic pathologist Thomas Bond analyzed the personality of the Whitechapel murderer there by relying on the examination of the mutilations and the autopsy notes. He concluded that the murderer acted under the influence of periodic bouts of homicidal mania and hypersexuality.
