A Broadway song for Harry Truman's campaign

I'm Just Wild About Harry is a hit song from the 1921 musical Shuffle Along. Initially written as a waltz by Eubie Blake and Noble Sissle, it was transformed into a foxtrot at the request of performer Lottie Gee. In 1948, President Harry S. Truman made it his official presidential campaign anthem, sparking a great popular revival of the melody.
