In Mangarti, the number 7 triggers a cascade of draws

Mangarti is a card game whose dynamic is entirely polarized around the number 7. When a player plays this card, it penalizes the next player by forcing them to draw three cards. The victim can however dodge the sanction if they also possess a seven to play, thus transferring the burden of six cards onto the next participant.
