There are depictions of Muhammad in Islamic art

Islamic art includes human, animal, and even Muhammad depictions, contrary to a common misconception. These figurations are only prohibited in places of worship and sacred texts such as mosques, madrasas, and Qurans. This particularity is explained by the fact that Islam is there primarily considered as a vast civilization rather than as a strict religion.
