A mandatory QR code for traveling in Moscow

Russia adopted a particularly strict digital tracking method during the health crisis. In the Moscow region, every person aged at least 14 years must download a QR code to move around the city. Each inhabitant is also required to register on a government website and declare their itinerary as well as the reasons for their trips in advance.
