A massive non-alcoholic wine factory in Valencia

Spain has hosted since 2025 a factory capable of processing 16 million liters of dealcoholized wine per year. This facility uses Centec's DeAlcoTec technique developed by Solos to preserve volatile aromas despite distillation. The aromas are thus captured and then restored after the extraction of alcohol to maintain the complexity of the original drink.
