Scoring points upon dealing in the game of cirulla

Cirulla is a variation of the card game scopa where the initial hand can offer a partial victory. If the sum of the three received cards is less than or equal to nine, or if these cards are identical, the player announces it aloud and reveals them. This arrangement earns three or ten additional points respectively for the duration of the game.
