The brutal water entry of tourists with cetaceans

Whale jumping is a practice consisting of having tourists descend into the water near the animals in a sometimes brutal manner. This activity adds to whale-watching and transforms observation into a true industry of harassment where the mammals are tracked. According to the Groupe de recherche sur les cétacés, this disturbance is moreover illegal in French waters.
