The Yonaguni horse sleeps against trees

The Yonaguni is a breed of pony from Japan living in semi-liberty in a subtropical biotope. These equines possess the surprising peculiarity of sleeping leaning against small trees, generally around two o'clock in the afternoon. According to a temporal study conducted in June and in October, they also dedicate between 415 and 490 minutes per day to sleep.
