The Minecraft enchantment table uses the Standard Galactic Alphabet

The video game Minecraft uses the fictional writing system Standard Galactic Alphabet on its enchantment table. This graphic choice sparked lively debates within the gaming community that sought to decipher the inscriptions. Once translated, the messages displayed on the buttons turn out to be completely absurd and purely aesthetic. The company Ion Storm also used this alphabet to design other fictional languages like in the game Anachronox.
