A 13th century invention for sweet wines

The production of natural sweet wines was perfected in the 13th century by Arnaud de Villeneuve. This improvement took place at the University of Montpellier, marking the history of these drinks. Today, these wines have become quite common in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
