The average color of the universe is coffee with milk

Cosmic latte is the average color of the universe, determined by a team of astronomers from Johns Hopkins University. The researchers obtained this beige hue by calculating the average of the light spectra of more than 200,000 galaxies. This result corrects a previous 2001 estimate where Karl Glazebrook and Ivan Baldry claimed that the cosmos was rather turquoise blue.
