The slow implementation of air safety instructions

Thirty-five safety recommendations were issued following the accident of US Airways flight 1549 to improve aircraft resistance and crew training. This large number of proposals stemmed from the detailed analysis of the failures observed during this emergency event. By the end of 2016, more than seven years after the tragedy, only six of these measures had however been implemented by the responsible agencies.
