The most destructive tornado in history

The Tri-State tornado is the most destructive tornado ever recorded. On March 18, 1925, it traveled 352 kilometers across Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana at a speed oscillating between 85 and 100 km/h. This meteorological phenomenon caused the death of 689 people and left 1,980 injured.
