A feline that eats grass

The snow leopard is a feline that feeds partly on plants, which constitutes a rare peculiarity in its family. It usually hunts ungulates like the bharal, while supplementing its meals with plants. This singular dietary adaptation is observed alongside other distinctive traits of its mountain habitat in Asia.
