A photo of the Atomium originated the concept of aerial views
In 1958, the cartoonist Eddy Paape created a panoramic view from the top of the Atomium, which is one hundred and ten meters high. This work, carried out with the photographer Alain Massin, lasted five days and required reconstructing the perspectives and volumes. This piece later influenced Yann Arthus-Bertrand for his famous photographs.
