Ameno Resedá invented the samba parade model

Ameno Resedá is a carnival group that emerged at the beginning of the twentieth century in Rio de Janeiro. Born as a rancho de reis in 1907, it introduced aesthetic and musical innovations that inspired future samba schools. This group laid the foundations for the modern parades that animate the favelas and suburbs of the metropolis today.
