A safety muzzle attachment reinforced after an accident

The SA80 is a rifle whose barrel can receive a muzzle attachment to allow automatic reloading when using blank ammunition. This device also serves to stop projectiles if a soldier inadvertently inserts a live cartridge. After a fatal accident, this component was modified to be able to retain up to three bullets instead of only one originally.
