Meryl Streep voices the lion Aslan in Narnia

Meryl Streep voices the character of the lion Aslan in the new film adaptation of the Narnia novels released on Netflix. She thus succeeds Liam Neeson, who had played this role in the previous adaptations produced by Disney between 2004 and 2010. This project also marks her reunion with director Greta Gerwig, seven years after their collaboration on Little Women.
