Yves Montand's death mirrors the fiction of his final film

Yves Montand is a French actor and singer whose last film was titled IP5. In this fiction directed by Jean-Jacques Beineix, his character dies of a heart attack at the end of the story. For the needs of the filming in 1991, he had to bathe in an icy lake in the forest of Chantilly, which preceded a fatal malaise leading him to the hospital of Senlis where he passed away at the age of 70.
