A jeweler designs the belt buckles for the Bagad Kemper

The jeweler Pierre Toulhoat was contacted in 1969 by the Bagad Kemper to design a badge and a belt buckle adorned with the figure of a ram. While the badge was quickly abandoned by the musical group, the belt buckle remained in use. This creation encouraged other groups such as the Bagad Brieg and the Bagad Kerne to place orders with the same artist in the following years.
