A 540-meter runway for an entire airport

The John A. Osborne Airport is an airfield located on the island of Montserrat in the Antilles. Inaugurated in February 2005 for a cost of 18.5 million dollars, it features a runway of only 540 meters in length. This restricted dimension limits access to small aircraft only, excluding direct long-haul flights from London.
