The actor Patrick Dewaere put himself in total danger

Patrick Dewaere was an actor who refused to pretend and literally lived the emotions of his characters. This method of total embodiment drew directly from his own life experience and intimate traumas. During the filming of the movie Le Juge Fayard dit le Shériff, the director Yves Boisset was indeed worried about this permanent state of danger.
