Patrick Dewaere smashed his head during a film shoot

Patrick Dewaere threw himself headfirst against a partition during the filming of the movie F… comme Fairbanks. The actor had just been left by Miou-Miou for the singer Julien Clerc, which had caused a violent crisis within the couple. This intense scene, performed without a stuntman and filmed in a single take, reflected the painful breakup that the two actors were going through.
