Eighteen years of waiting for the last Sailor Moon artbook

Sailor Moon is a Japanese manga franchise for which eight artbooks were published by Kōdansha alongside the five main arcs. The seventh collection was released in 1999, while the eighth and final volume only saw the light of day 18 years later. This late publication occurred on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the license with unpublished illustrations.
