A cinematic release planned for a historic anniversary

The film V for Vendetta is an adaptation of the comic book of the same name created by Alan Moore and David Lloyd. Warner Bros. had initially planned to screen the feature film on November 4, 2005, to mark the four hundredth anniversary of Guy Fawkes Night. The release was finally postponed to March 17, 2006, due to scheduling changes.
