The gender equality officer caught in the act

Christian Nègre held the position of gender equality officer within the DGAFP in October 2013 when a colleague accused him of photographing her clandestinely. Summoned by his superior, he presented a mobile phone revealing numerous snapshots of women's legs in the street. He was finally forced to resign from his duties in May 2014 before being reassigned to the Ministry of Culture.
