The poisoning civil servant kept files on his victims

Christian Nègre is a former senior official at the Ministry of Culture who administered diuretics to numerous women without their knowledge. He took advantage of professional interviews to poison them using drugs purchased on the internet, before noting their reactions in a computer file. The investigation revealed that between May 2009 and September 2015, more than 181 interviews and nearly 200 victims were thus recorded.
