The Beatles are absent from one side of their album

Side 2 of the Yellow Submarine vinyl record contains only instrumental pieces composed and recorded by George Martin, without the participation of the Beatles. For this work intended for the film, the artist conducted an orchestra of 41 musicians on October 22 and 23, 1968. Critics consider that these quality tracks do not, however, fit ideally on a record by the band.
