In Final Fantasy VIII, enemies adapt to the player's level

Final Fantasy VIII is a video game where enemies possess a specific intelligence regarding the heroes' progression. Their levels increase at the same time as those of the playable characters. This mechanic makes opponents more resistant and capable of using additional special attacks as soon as the group gains power.
