The Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa has fenders designed for its brakes

The Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa is a sports racing car whose singular design first met a technical need. The originality of its front fenders allowed for only partial coverage of the wheels to better ventilate the drum brakes. This unconventional style was however modified during production in favor of two openings placed around the front air intake.
