A woman makes kings through augury
Tanaquil is an Etruscan aristocrat of the 6th century BC expert in the art of augury. She pushed her husband to leave Etruria for Rome by predicting that he would reign there, which happened after the death of Ancus Marcius. Later, during the assassination of Tarquin the Elder, she had her son-in-law Servius Tullius proclaimed king.
