A family forge has been operating since the Revolution

The Aretan forge is an old mill that became an artisanal operation in the village of Vesonne. This site uses the motive power of the Montmin torrent to operate its facilities for centuries. The workshop was acquired by the Arestan family in 1795 and remains in their possession today.
