A historic debut at the top of the American charts

Fantasy is a song by the American Mariah Carey released in 1995 under the Columbia Records label. It shatters the charts by becoming the second song in the history of Billboard magazine to immediately seize the first place of the Hot 100, and the very first for a woman. The track maintains this lead position for eight consecutive weeks before exporting itself successfully throughout the world.
