Jacques de Falaise swallowed unusual objects and live animals

Jacques Simon was a quarryman from Montmartre capable of swallowing unusual objects and live animals. He reportedly discovered this singular talent by swallowing for fun either a bride's medallion or a live canary during a cabaret challenge. His talent allowed him to ingest hard-boiled eggs with their shells, keys, and animals, before risking choking on an eel in 1825.
