The Falabella has fewer bones

The Falabella is a miniature horse whose morphology differs from other horses in its skeleton. This rare anatomical peculiarity results in the presence of two fewer ribs and two fewer vertebrae. Despite this difference, this small equid can expect to live up to about forty years.
