The patriarch of Falabella horses lived for 42 years

The Falabella is a breed of miniature horses whose current specimens mostly descend from the same stallion. Born in 1937 under the name Napoléon I, this animal reached the canonical age of 42 years. After his passing, the Falabella family had a bronze monument erected to honor his memory.
