Fonio has unique nutritional properties in the world

Fonio is a grass from the Sudanese savanna with extraordinary nutritional virtues. Félix-François Busson highlighted its richness in methionine, a peculiarity absent in all other grasses. This discovery is part of the pioneering work conducted at the École du Pharo, crowned by his thesis in 1965.
