An exhibition without a call for tenders leads to a PNF investigation

In 2020, Sébastien Lecornu entrusted the former journalist Jean-Claude Narcy with the design of an exhibition on the heroes of the Overseas Territories. This assignment was carried out without the slightest call for tenders from competing companies. This lack of procedure led to the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Parquet national financier in November 2023.
